US F-1, J-1 Visa Holders Advised To Return

US students holding F-1 and J-1 visas who are already in the country have been advised on new rules. According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), those in the US under Duration of Status (D/S) as of September 15 can remain until their programme completion date or end of optional practical training.
