KSRTC Bus Terminal Work at Karikkamuri to Begin Soon

Work on the first phase of the new KSRTC bus terminal at Karikkamuri, Kochi, is set to commence soon. The tender for the ₹9.23 crore project has been awarded to SITCO Associates, with the Public Works department overseeing construction. The initial phase will feature dedicated bus bays and allow for future vertical expansion. This new terminal aims to resolve the long-standing issue of waterlogging at the existing bus stand, which has plagued the area for over two decades.

करिक्कामुरी में KSRTC बस टर्मिनल का काम जल्द होगा शुरू ₹9.23 करोड़ की लागत से बनेगा नया टर्मिनल

कोच्चि के करिक्कामुरी में नए KSRTC बस टर्मिनल के पहले चरण का काम जल्द ही शुरू होने वाला है। ₹9.23 करोड़ की इस परियोजना के लिए टेंडर SITCO Associates को दिया गया है, और लोक निर्माण विभाग निर्माण की देखरेख करेगा। शुरुआती चरण में समर्पित बस बे होंगे और भविष्य में वर्टिकल विस्तार की भी अनुमति होगी। यह नया टर्मिनल मौजूदा बस स्टैंड पर लंबे समय से चली आ रही जलभराव की समस्या को हल करेगा, जो दो दशकों से अधिक समय से इस क्षेत्र को परेशान कर रही है।
