Visa's Pismo Live With Eight Indian Banks

Visa's core banking and card processing platform, Pismo, is now operational with approximately eight financial institutions in India. The company considers India a priority market for the current financial year, with plans for further expansion. Pismo provides technology for card issuance and processing, retail and corporate banking, and lending. It supports various payment schemes, including Mastercard and RuPay, and is network-agnostic. Pismo is also exploring new use cases like credit line on UPI for Indian banks.

वीज़ा का मुख्य बैंकिंग और कार्ड प्रोसेसिंग प्लेटफॉर्म, पिस्मो, अब भारत में लगभग आठ वित्तीय संस्थानों के साथ चालू है। कंपनी भारत को चालू वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए एक प्राथमिकता वाला बाज़ार मानती है, और आगे विस्तार की योजनाएँ हैं। पिस्मो कार्ड जारी करने और प्रोसेसिंग, खुदरा और कॉर्पोरेट बैंकिंग, और ऋण देने के लिए तकनीक प्रदान करता है। यह Mastercard और RuPay सहित विभिन्न भुगतान योजनाओं का समर्थन करता है, और नेटवर्क-अज्ञेयवादी है। पिस्मो भारतीय बैंकों के लिए UPI पर क्रेडिट लाइन जैसे नए उपयोग के मामलों की भी खोज कर रहा है।
