AI to Drive Demand for New Office Formats, Say 47% of Occupiers

A Colliers India report indicates that 47% of surveyed occupiers anticipate Artificial Intelligence (AI) will boost demand for evolving office formats. The study, based on responses from 313 corporate office occupiers across 11 Asia Pacific markets, found that AI is expected to significantly impact productivity and job roles. Despite concerns about AI, nearly half of respondents believe it will lead to more collaborative, tech-enabled workspaces rather than office contraction. India and Southeast Asia are identified as the top growth markets in APAC, with occupiers prioritizing portfolio resilience and future-ready facilities.

Colliers India की एक रिपोर्ट बताती है कि सर्वे में शामिल 47% खरीदारों को लगता है कि Artificial Intelligence (AI) से ऑफिस के बदलते फॉर्मेट की मांग बढ़ेगी। 11 एशिया पैसिफिक बाजारों में 313 कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस खरीदारों से मिले जवाबों के आधार पर किए गए इस अध्ययन में पाया गया कि AI का उत्पादकता और नौकरी की भूमिकाओं पर महत्वपूर्ण प्रभाव पड़ने की उम्मीद है। AI को लेकर चिंताओं के बावजूद, लगभग आधे उत्तरदाताओं का मानना है कि इससे ऑफिस का सिकुड़ना नहीं, बल्कि ज्यादा सहयोगी और तकनीक-सक्षम वर्कस्पेस बनेंगे।
