Parag Milk Foods' shares surged 13% on Wednesday, marking the third consecutive day of gains for the dairy products manufacturer. The company reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹1,241 crore in Q2 FY27, driven by robust volume growth and traction in its new-age business segments. Despite a marginal decline in profit to ₹42 crore due to increased material costs, the company's flagship categories and newer ventures showed strong performance. The board also approved the amalgamation of its subsidiary, Bhagyalaxmi Dairy Farm, with the holding company.

पराग मिल्क फूड्स के शेयर बुधवार को 13% उछल गए, जो डेयरी उत्पाद बनाने वाली इस कंपनी के लिए लगातार तीसरे दिन की बढ़त है। कंपनी ने Q2 FY27 में ₹1,241 करोड़ का अब तक का सबसे ज़्यादा तिमाही रेवेन्यू दर्ज किया, जो मज़बूत वॉल्यूम ग्रोथ और नए बिज़नेस सेगमेंट में अच्छी पकड़ के कारण हुआ। मटीरियल लागत बढ़ने से मुनाफ़ा थोड़ा घटकर ₹42 करोड़ हो गया, लेकिन कंपनी की मुख्य कैटेगरी और नए वेंचर्स ने अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया। बोर्ड ने अपनी सहायक कंपनी, Bhagyalaxmi Dairy Farm को होल्डिंग कंपनी के साथ मिलाने की मंज़ूरी भी दे दी।
