Delhi Police Files 4 FIRs Over Fake Posts, Pakistan Angle Under Probe

Delhi Police has registered four First Information Reports (FIRs) concerning allegedly fake online posts circulated since October 10. Social media handles originating from Pakistan are currently under scrutiny as part of the ongoing investigation. The posts emerged around the time a protest was planned by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) demanding the resignation of the chief election commissioner. The protest was largely curtailed by a Centre-led crackdown, resulting in the detention of over 7,000 individuals across Delhi, including political leaders and CJP members.

दिल्ली पुलिस ने 10 अक्टूबर से चल रहे कथित फर्जी ऑनलाइन पोस्ट को लेकर चार FIR दर्ज की हैं। जांच के तहत पाकिस्तान से उत्पन्न हुए सोशल मीडिया हैंडल की भी जांच की जा रही है। ये पोस्ट कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) द्वारा मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त के इस्तीफे की मांग को लेकर नियोजित विरोध प्रदर्शन के समय सामने आए थे। केंद्र के नेतृत्व वाले कार्रवाई के कारण विरोध प्रदर्शन को काफी हद तक रोक दिया गया था, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप दिल्ली भर में 7,000 से अधिक लोगों को हिरासत में लिया गया, जिनमें राजनीतिक नेता और CJP सदस्य भी शामिल थे।
