Raymond Realty Q2 Pre-Sales Surge 98% To ₹902 Crore, Collections Up 67%

Raymond Realty reported a significant 98% year-on-year increase in pre-sales for the second quarter of FY27, reaching ₹902 crore. Collections also saw a substantial rise of 67%, amounting to ₹682 crore. The company's growth was driven by sales from its existing 'Address by GS' portfolio and steady price realisations, without launching new projects. In the first half of FY27, pre-sales grew 111% to ₹1,602 crore. Raymond Realty plans to launch two joint development projects in Mahim this financial year, with a cumulative gross development value exceeding ₹4,100 crore.

रेमंड रियलिटी ने वित्त वर्ष 27 की दूसरी तिमाही में प्री-सेल्स में साल-दर-साल 98% की बड़ी वृद्धि दर्ज की, जो ₹902 करोड़ तक पहुंच गई। कलेक्शन में भी 67% की भारी बढ़ोतरी हुई, जो ₹682 करोड़ रहा। कंपनी की वृद्धि मौजूदा 'Address by GS' पोर्टफोलियो की बिक्री और स्थिर मूल्य प्राप्ति से प्रेरित थी, बिना किसी नए प्रोजेक्ट को लॉन्च किए। वित्त वर्ष 27 की पहली छमाही में, प्री-सेल्स 111% बढ़कर ₹1,602 करोड़ हो गई। रेमंड रियलिटी इस वित्तीय वर्ष में महिमा में दो संयुक्त विकास परियोजनाओं को लॉन्च करने की योजना बना रही है, जिनका कुल सकल विकास मूल्य ₹4,100 करोड़ से अधिक है।
