Tonbo Imaging Sets IPO Price Band At Rs 665-700, Issue Opens Oct 15

Defence electronics maker Tonbo Imaging India has fixed its initial public offering (IPO) price band at Rs 665-700 per share, aiming to raise Rs 852 crore. The public subscription for the issue will open on October 15 and close on October 19. The IPO consists entirely of an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 1.22 crore equity shares by promoters and existing investors, meaning the company will not receive any proceeds. Tonbo Imaging designs and manufactures sensing, processing, communication, and guidance systems for defence applications, supplying to global forces and OEMs.

रक्षा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स निर्माता टोनबो इमेजिंग इंडिया ने अपने आरंभिक सार्वजनिक निर्गम (आईपीओ) का मूल्य बैंड ₹665-700 प्रति शेयर तय किया है, जिसका लक्ष्य ₹852 करोड़ जुटाना है। इस निर्गम के लिए सार्वजनिक सदस्यता 15 अक्टूबर को खुलेगी और 19 अक्टूबर को बंद होगी। आईपीओ में पूरी तरह से प्रवर्तकों और मौजूदा निवेशकों द्वारा 1.22 करोड़ इक्विटी शेयरों की बिक्री की पेशकश (ओएफएस) शामिल है, जिसका अर्थ है कि कंपनी को कोई भी राशि प्राप्त नहीं होगी। टोनबो इमेजिंग रक्षा अनुप्रयोगों के लिए सेंसिंग, प्रोसेसिंग, कम्युनिकेशन और गाइडेंस सिस्टम डिजाइन और निर्माण करती है, जो वैश्विक सेनाओं और ओईएम को आपूर्ति करती है।
