AISA president Neha was detained by police and taken away in a vehicle containing only male officers from Jantar Mantar on Sunday, October 4, 2026. The protest was demanding the removal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. An AISA representative stated this was a blatant violation by the Delhi police.
