Ontario's government can now remove Toronto's bike lanes on busy streets after the region's top court ruled in its favour. This decision overturns a lower court ruling that had stated removing the lanes would violate constitutional rights. Premier Doug Ford's government has consistently blamed the protected bike lanes for causing traffic congestion in the city.
