Kerala Crime Branch has arrested R. Hari, an additional secretary with the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC), in connection with alleged irregularities in a State Planning Board examination. Hari, who was reportedly on the run, was apprehended from a relative's house in Ernakulam. He and another accused, former deputy secretary P. Satheesh, were allegedly in charge of the evaluation process. The Crime Branch's remand report alleges deliberate manipulation, with 10 questions intentionally excluded from evaluation to favour certain candidates.
