A Delta Air Lines plane and an Air Canada aircraft collided on a taxiway at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Tuesday. The incident occurred around 10:30 AM local time as the Delta flight, bound for Tokyo, was preparing for departure. The Delta aircraft's left wingtip clipped the tail of the Air Canada plane, which had arrived from Toronto and was being towed. No injuries were reported, and flights continued normally, though both planes were taken out of service for inspection. The FAA is investigating the collision.
