Users can check e-challan status, lodge complaints on traffic congestion, parking, and road safety, and access suggestions. The site also lists parking zones across Greater Hyderabad limits with online navigation links. Additionally, it displays emergency contact numbers for police, women and child helplines, ambulance, and fire rescue services. Hyderabad Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar inaugurated the portal.
