HC Orders Probe Into Ballot Box Looting

The Allahabad High Court has ordered a thorough investigation into the alleged looting of ballot boxes during the Sultanpur District Bar Association elections. The court directed the district judge to identify the advocates involved using CCTV footage and submit a report. Prima facie, the incident is considered an offence and contempt of court. The court also ordered fresh elections and instructed the district judge and Elders Committee to finalize the mechanism and schedule within a week, with the district administration providing security.

हाई कोर्ट ने मतपेटी लूट की जांच का आदेश दिया

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने सुल्तानपुर डिस्ट्रिक्ट बार एसोसिएशन चुनाव के दौरान कथित तौर पर बैलेट बॉक्स लूटने के मामले में पूरी जांच का आदेश दिया है। कोर्ट ने जिला जज को सीसीटीवी फुटेज से दोषी वकीलों की पहचान कर रिपोर्ट सौंपने को कहा है। कोर्ट ने इसे गंभीर अपराध और अदालत की अवमानना माना है। कोर्ट ने नए चुनाव कराने का भी आदेश दिया है और जिला जज व एल्डर्स कमेटी को एक हफ्ते में चुनाव की प्रक्रिया और तारीख तय करने को कहा है, जिसमें जिला प्रशासन सुरक्षा देगा।
