However, many are finding the laid-back lifestyle too comfortable and are eager to return to work. Unemployment rates for young adults in China, particularly those aged 16-24, remain high at around 18%. Despite warnings from intelligence agencies about foreign influence, the underlying issue appears to be a significant economic problem rather than just a lack of ambition among the youth.
