Court Orders FIR Probe Against Sonia Gandhi

A Delhi court has set aside a magisterial order that refused to direct an FIR against Congress leader Sonia Gandhi. The allegations involve her name being added to voter rolls in 1980 before acquiring Indian citizenship. Special Judge Vishal Gogne stated the previous order lacked proper reasoning and was a non-speaking order. The case has been remanded back to the ACJM court for a reasoned decision after inquiry and hearing parties.

दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने मजिस्ट्रेट के उस आदेश को रद्द कर दिया है जिसमें कांग्रेस नेता सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज करने से मना कर दिया गया था। आरोप है कि भारतीय नागरिकता मिलने से पहले 1980 में उनका नाम वोटर लिस्ट में जोड़ा गया था। स्पेशल जज विशाल गोगने ने कहा कि पिछला आदेश बिना ठीक से कारण बताए दिया गया था।
