दिल्ली के व्यापारिक निकायों ने पीक फेस्टिव और वेडिंग सीजन के दौरान विरोध प्रदर्शनों से होने वाली रुकावटों के संबंध में Supreme Court का रुख किया है। उनका दावा है कि बाज़ारों तक सीमित पहुंच और ग्राहकों की आवाजाही में कमी के कारण लगभग ₹250 करोड़ का दैनिक व्यापार प्रभावित हो रहा है। व्यापारी विरोध के अधिकार और दुकानदारों व आम जनता की आजीविका के बीच संतुलन चाहते हैं। उन्होंने प्रमुख बाज़ारों में सुचारू आवागमन और प्रदर्शनों के लिए एक मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया स्थापित करने के निर्देश मांगे हैं।
