भोपाल की एक सर्वे टीम ने मध्य प्रदेश के उज्जैन में 170 साल पुरानी हनुमान प्रतिमा का आधी रात को निरीक्षण किया। सड़क चौड़ीकरण के लिए मंदिर का ढांचा गिराए जाने के बाद फिलहाल एक टेंट में रखी गई प्रतिमा की गहराई और एंकरिंग की जांच की गई। देर रात हुए इस बिना पूर्व सूचना वाले सर्वे ने स्थानीय नेताओं के बीच पारदर्शिता और संभावित जनभय को लेकर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। प्रशासन ने अभी तक सर्वे के नतीजे या मूर्ति को स्थानांतरित करने के फैसले का खुलासा नहीं किया है।
