Surat police have arrested a medical store owner for allegedly selling a livestock feed supplement as a liver tonic for children. The accused, Sajid Ibrahim Mulla, repackaged a bulk animal feed supplement into 60ml bottles, affixing fake labels suggesting it was for human use. He is believed to have sold approximately 1,000 such bottles in the past year. The animal tonic, a herbal stimulant for dairy animals and poultry, was sold at a significant markup, earning the owner nearly ten times his investment.

सूरत पुलिस ने एक मेडिकल स्टोर के मालिक को बच्चों के लिए लिवर टॉनिक के तौर पर पशुओं के चारे का सप्लीमेंट बेचने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी, साजिद इब्राहिम मुल्ला, ने थोक पशु आहार सप्लीमेंट को 60ml की बोतलों में फिर से पैक किया, जिस पर इंसानी इस्तेमाल के लिए होने का सुझाव देने वाले नकली लेबल लगाए गए थे। माना जाता है कि उसने पिछले साल में लगभग 1,000 ऐसी बोतलें बेचीं। पशु टॉनिक, जो डेयरी पशुओं और मुर्गी पालन के लिए एक हर्बल उत्तेजक है, को काफी ज्यादा कीमत पर बेचा गया, जिससे मालिक को अपने निवेश का लगभग दस गुना मुनाफा हुआ।
