Members of Kanpur's Christian community observed All Souls' Day on Monday by decorating graves with flowers and lighting candles. The city's cemeteries, including the heritage Civil Lines site, saw community members cleaning and beautifying the resting places of their loved ones. Many visitors left emotional messages, recalling cherished memories. As evening fell, hundreds of candles illuminated the graves, creating a poignant spectacle, with the Chunniganj cemetery experiencing particularly high attendance.
