वोटर लिस्ट के SIR प्रोसेस में कानूनी पेंच फंस गया है। बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट और कोल्हापुर बेंच में दो याचिकाएं दायर हुई हैं। आरोप हैं कि मनमाने ढंग से नाम हटाए गए, प्रक्रिया में खामियां थीं और इलेक्शन कमीशन में अंदरूनी झगड़े भी हैं। एक याचिका में चीफ इलेक्शन कमिश्नर के आदेशों को रद्द करने की मांग है, क्योंकि दूसरे कमिश्नरों ने आपत्ति जताई थी। दूसरी याचिका में बूथ-लेवल ऑफिसर्स पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसलों का उल्लंघन करने का आरोप है। याचिकाकर्ता हटाए गए वोटरों को वापस जोड़ने और SIR प्रोसेस की जांच की मांग कर रहे हैं।
