Hassan Superintendent of Police Shubhanwita conducted a surprise inspection at Arya Mansion hotel on Saturday evening. During the drive, the SP discovered that liquor was being served to minors, a serious violation of the law. Further irregularities were found concerning the liquor license, which was issued to one individual but operated by another. The police have initiated legal action against the hotel management under the Juvenile Justice Act for serving alcohol to minors and for the licensing violations. CCTV footage was requested to verify the details of the served beverages.

हसन की पुलिस अधीक्षक शुभान्विता ने शनिवार शाम को आर्य भवन होटल का अचानक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान एसपी को पता चला कि नाबालिगों को शराब परोसी जा रही थी, जो कानून का गंभीर उल्लंघन है। शराब लाइसेंस को लेकर भी अनियमितताएं पाई गईं, जो एक व्यक्ति के नाम पर जारी किया गया था लेकिन संचालित कोई और कर रहा था। पुलिस ने नाबालिगों को शराब परोसने और लाइसेंस संबंधी उल्लंघनों के लिए जुवेनाइल जस्टिस एक्ट के तहत होटल प्रबंधन के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। परोसी गई शराब के विवरण को सत्यापित करने के लिए सीसीटीवी फुटेज का अनुरोध किया गया है।
