Darbhanga Hotel Owner Beaten Severely by Customers for Asking Payment

A hotel owner in Darbhanga, Bihar, was brutally assaulted by a group of customers for demanding payment for their meal. The incident occurred when approximately 15-20 individuals, allegedly intoxicated, returned to the hotel and attacked the owner, Sumit Jha, with sticks and chairs. The entire assault was captured on the hotel's CCTV cameras, with the footage showing the owner being beaten both inside and outside the establishment. Jha sustained serious injuries to his head and hand, requiring stitches.
