Anant Ambani: Indian School of Agriculture to Empower Farmers as CEOs

Reliance Industries Executive Director Anant Ambani emphasized the need for technology in Indian agriculture, stating the Indian School of Agriculture (ISA) should enable farmers to become CEOs of their own land. He spoke at the launch of the Global Horticulture Hub and the ISA in Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh. The ₹40,000-crore hub aims to modernize farming in Rayalaseema using AI, drones, and robotics. Ambani also mentioned Reliance's potential ₹1 lakh-crore investment in compressed biogas plants, creating over three lakh jobs.

रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज के एग्जीक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर अनंत अंबानी ने भारतीय कृषि में टेक्नोलॉजी की ज़रूरत पर ज़ोर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि इंडियन स्कूल ऑफ एग्रीकल्चर (ISA) को किसानों को अपनी ज़मीन का सीईओ बनने में सक्षम बनाना चाहिए। उन्होंने आंध्र प्रदेश के मदनपल्ले में ग्लोबल हॉर्टिकल्चर हब और ISA के लॉन्च के मौके पर यह बात कही। ₹40,000-करोड़ के इस हब का लक्ष्य AI, ड्रोन और रोबोटिक्स का इस्तेमाल करके रायलसीमा में खेती को आधुनिक बनाना है। अंबानी ने रिलायंस के कंप्रेस्ड बायोगैस प्लांट में ₹1 लाख-करोड़ के संभावित निवेश का भी ज़िक्र किया, जिससे तीन लाख से ज़्यादा नौकरियां पैदा होंगी।
