Rajasthan Cricket Faces Turmoil Ahead of Ranji Trophy Opener

Times of India · sports

Rajasthan cricket is currently overshadowed by off-field controversies, with an ad-hoc body managing affairs for three years and recent election results stayed by the Supreme Court. Newly appointed captain Manav Suthar faces the challenge of uniting the young, inexperienced team for their Ranji Trophy opener against a strong Tamil Nadu side. Rajasthan's bowling attack is depleted due to injuries to key pacers and spinners. Despite these challenges, Suthar is confident in his team's potential, highlighting the experience of players like Mahipal Lomror and the opportunity for youngsters to prove themselves.
