Buffett To Donate Berkshire Stake By 2034

Warren Buffett plans to donate his entire Berkshire Hathaway stake within eight years, aiming for completion by December 31, 2034. He converted 8,000 Class A shares into 12 million Class B shares for this purpose. Four charitable foundations will receive the shares, with the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation getting the largest portion.
