Jio Platforms Ltd, Reliance Industries' digital and telecom arm, has filed its red herring prospectus for an initial public offering expected to be India's largest. The IPO, a fresh issue of up to 27 crore equity shares, will open for subscription on October 21 and close on October 23, with anchor investor bidding on October 19. The company has set a price band of ₹1,065 to ₹1,119 per share.
