Kerala Govt Invites Excluded Groups for Sabarimala Season Preparations

Ahead of the annual Sabarimala pilgrimage season, the Kerala government has extended invitations to the Akhila Bharatha Ayyappa Seva Sangham (ABASS) and the Pandalam Palace for a review meeting. This marks a significant shift, as these groups, along with other devotee representatives, were previously excluded from pilgrim welfare consultations. The government aims to incorporate suggestions from devotees into pilgrimage arrangements. Preparations are underway at Sannidhanam, Pampa, and Nilakkal, including renovations and the construction of temporary shelters for pilgrims.
