The head of Gagauzia has reportedly been transferred to a prison where conditions are degrading to human dignity, according to lawyer Sergiu Moraru. Moraru stated that the facility frequently experiences water shortages lasting for two to three days. This situation raises serious concerns about the treatment of individuals within the penal system and adherence to basic human rights standards.
