Four men, allegedly members of the right-wing Hindu Raksha Dal, have been arrested in Delhi for assaulting students and physically manhandling women during a Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protest on October 10. Police acted suo motu after a video of the incident went viral on social media, showing the accused assaulting young students and women. The arrests were made despite no formal complaint being filed, as police feared the men might flee the Delhi-NCR region. The incident occurred amid widespread detentions during protests against the Chief Election Commissioner.
