Europe on High Alert After Multiple Passenger Flights Receive Bomb Threats

Times of India - India · india

At least four passenger flights across Europe faced bomb threats on Tuesday, leading to emergency landings and security checks in Poland, Spain, and Bulgaria. All aircraft landed safely, with counter-terrorism units inspecting them. Incidents included a LOT Polish Airlines flight from London to Warsaw and a Ryanair flight from Manchester to Murcia. A flight from Israel also landed in Sofia after an email threat. These events follow similar threats last month involving flights to and from Israel, though authorities have not yet established a connection between Tuesday's incidents.
