Jharkhand Minister Irfan Ansari has directed all Deputy Commissioners to immediately survey crop damage caused by Cyclone Arnab and provide compensation to affected farmers. Health services across the state have been placed on high alert, with instructions for hospitals to prepare for emergencies. Civil surgeons are to arrange additional beds, maintain medicine stocks, and prepare for potential injuries from lightning, snakebites, and water-borne diseases. The directive also includes assessments of damage to agricultural land, houses, and public infrastructure to facilitate timely relief and compensation for affected families.

झारखंड के मंत्री इरफान अंसारी ने सभी उपायुक्तों को साइक्लोन अर्नाब से हुई फसल क्षति का तत्काल सर्वे करने और प्रभावित किसानों को मुआवजा देने का निर्देश दिया है। राज्य भर में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को हाई अलर्ट पर रखा गया है, और अस्पतालों को आपात स्थिति के लिए तैयार रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। सिविल सर्जनों को अतिरिक्त बिस्तर की व्यवस्था करने, दवाओं का स्टॉक बनाए रखने और बिजली गिरने, सांप के काटने और जल-जनित बीमारियों से संभावित चोटों के लिए तैयार रहने को कहा गया है। इस निर्देश में प्रभावित परिवारों को समय पर राहत और मुआवजा देने के लिए कृषि भूमि, घरों और सार्वजनिक बुनियादी ढांचे को हुए नुकसान का आकलन भी शामिल है।
