Kochi to Get J.C. Daniel International Film City

A new J.C. Daniel International Film City is set to be established in Kochi, Kerala. Three land sites in Ernakulam district have been shortlisted for this ambitious project. Announced under the Revised State Budget for 2026-27, the film city aims to boost the Malayalam cinema industry.

केरल के कोच्चि में एक नई जे.सी. डैनियल इंटरनेशनल फिल्म सिटी बनने जा रही है। इसके लिए एर्नाकुलम जिले में तीन जगहों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया गया है। 2026-27 के संशोधित राज्य बजट में इसकी घोषणा हुई है। इस फिल्म सिटी का मकसद मलयालम सिनेमा को बढ़ावा देना है। यह प्रोजेक्ट मलयालम फिल्म इंडस्ट्री के लिए एक बड़ा कदम साबित हो सकता है।
