Authorities have remanded two individuals to 14-day judicial custody following the discovery of a large mephedrone manufacturing laboratory in Jalaun district. The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence and UP Anti-Terrorist Squad are intensifying their investigation into the wider supply chain and masterminds behind the operation. Investigators are tracing precursor chemical sources, financiers, and intermediaries, while also examining the intended distribution network for the synthetic drug.
