SP Accuses UP CM, Dy CMs of Poll Code Violations

The Samajwadi Party has lodged a complaint with the Chief Election Officer of Uttar Pradesh, demanding videography of events involving Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy Chief Ministers Brijesh Pathak and Keshav Prasad Maurya. The party alleges misuse of government machinery and pressure on district magistrates to influence voters for the upcoming 11 MLC Teacher and Graduate seat elections. SP claims the CM's recent events, including addressing teachers and announcing recruitments, are clear violations of the model code of conduct.

समाजवादी पार्टी ने उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी से शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। पार्टी ने मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और उप-मुख्यमंत्री बृजेश पाठक व केशव प्रसाद मौर्य से जुड़े कार्यक्रमों की वीडियोग्राफी की मांग की है। पार्टी का आरोप है कि सरकारी मशीनरी का दुरुपयोग किया जा रहा है और जिलाधिकारियों पर दबाव बनाकर आगामी 11 एमएलसी शिक्षक और स्नातक सीट चुनावों के लिए मतदाताओं को प्रभावित किया जा रहा है। सपा का दावा है कि सीएम के हालिया कार्यक्रम, जिसमें शिक्षकों को संबोधित करना और भर्तियों की घोषणा करना शामिल है, मॉडल कोड ऑफ कंडक्ट का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन हैं।
