Confrontations with Chinese troops are ongoing at several sites along the Arunachal Pradesh border, confirmed Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) director general Shatrujeet Kapur. This marks the first official acknowledgement of escalating tensions on the northeastern frontier since July. ITBP's newly formed Shaurya commandos have been actively involved in these stand-offs. The ITBP chief also highlighted the growing importance of drones in modern warfare and the need for underground shelters in border security strategies.

इंडो-तिब्बती सीमा पुलिस (ITBP) के महानिदेशक शत्रुजीत कपूर ने पुष्टि की है कि अरुणाचल प्रदेश की सीमा पर कई जगहों पर चीनी सैनिकों से टकराव चल रहा है। यह जुलाई के बाद से पूर्वोत्तर सीमा पर बढ़ते तनाव की पहली आधिकारिक स्वीकारोक्ति है। ITBP के नवगठित शौर्य कमांडो इन गतिरोधों में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल रहे हैं। ITBP प्रमुख ने आधुनिक युद्ध में ड्रोन के बढ़ते महत्व और सीमा सुरक्षा रणनीतियों में भूमिगत आश्रयों की आवश्यकता पर भी प्रकाश डाला।
