The building developed structural distress and tilted, prompting the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) to commission an assessment. QA Testing Laboratories Pvt Ltd recommended demolition after finding the structure unsafe. Residents have been advised to evacuate the building until further notice, with future actions regarding demolition and rehabilitation pending the LDA's decision.

लखनऊ के बारूदखाना इलाके में एसए अपार्टमेंट को स्ट्रक्चरल सेफ्टी ऑडिट के बाद रहने के लिए असुरक्षित घोषित कर दिया गया है। बिल्डिंग में स्ट्रक्चरल दिक्कतें आ गई थीं और वह झुक गई थी, जिसके बाद लखनऊ डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी (LDA) ने इसका असेसमेंट करवाया। क्यूए टेस्टिंग लैबोरेटरीज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने स्ट्रक्चर को असुरक्षित बताते हुए इसे गिराने की सलाह दी है। निवासियों को अगली सूचना तक बिल्डिंग खाली करने की सलाह दी गई है, जबकि गिराने और पुनर्वास को लेकर आगे की कार्रवाई एलडीए के फैसले पर निर्भर करेगी।
