Ukraine has identified India's peace proposal as the most comprehensive among four initiatives aimed at ending the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Kyiv stated that New Delhi has shown a willingness to actively mediate for the first time. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha indicated readiness to consider agreements on Black Sea energy and agriculture, alongside an unconditional ceasefire on the line of contact. Turkey and Egypt have also submitted proposals concerning grain and agriculture in the Black Sea, while the US has proposed a halt on energy.
