Himachal HC: Work in hand limit not disqualifying

हिमाचल प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने कहा है कि ₹100 करोड़ से ज़्यादा के चल रहे प्रोजेक्ट होने पर किसी ठेकेदार को सिर्फ़ इसी वजह से अयोग्य नहीं ठहराया जा सकता। कोर्ट ने साफ़ किया कि टेंडर डॉक्यूमेंट्स में ऐसी शर्त मनमानी और गैरकानूनी है। इस फैसले से योग्य बोलीदाताओं को अनुचित रूप से बाहर होने से रोका जा सकेगा और ठेकेदारी क्षेत्र में बेहतर प्रतिस्पर्धा को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
