Keralam is expected to experience widespread thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds due to weather systems in the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal. A well-marked low-pressure area over the southwest Arabian Sea is moving away, but its circulation may cause isolated heavy showers. Additionally, two consecutive low-pressure areas are forecast to form in the Bay of Bengal within the next three days. Although these systems will not directly impact the coast, they are predicted to bring fairly widespread rain across the state for the next four days.
