Actress Sandra Bullock has sold her 91-acre organic avocado ranch in San Diego County, California, for $5.6 million. Bullock purchased the property in 2007 for $2.725 million and owned it for 15 years. The ranch featured approximately 1,200 organic avocado trees and citrus groves. It was listed for $6 million in September 2022 and went into contract within three weeks. The sale closed in November 2022, more than doubling Bullock's initial investment, though profit calculations would exclude taxes and upkeep costs.
