The EAAA India Alternatives IPO entered its second day of bidding on Tuesday, with the subscription window closing on October 28. On Day 1, the Rs 1,200-crore offer for sale (OFS) was subscribed 11% overall. Retail investors subscribed to 4% of their allocated shares, while non-institutional investors subscribed to 32%. The IPO, which has a price band of Rs 1,585–1,665 per share, is entirely an offer for sale, meaning proceeds go to the selling shareholder, Edelweiss Securities & Investments Pvt.
