UP Minister Admits Two MLAs Likely to Vote for SP in Rajya Sabha Polls

Uttar Pradesh minister Om Prakash Rajbhar has stated that two of his Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) MLAs are expected to cross-vote for the SP in the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections. Rajbhar identified Abbas Ansari and Jagdish Narayan Rai as the MLAs, noting they originally belonged to the SP camp. This potential cross-voting could impact the ruling BJP's strategy to secure an eighth seat and bolster the SP's chances of winning a third seat.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मंत्री ओम प्रकाश राजभर ने कहा है कि सुहेलदेव भारतीय समाज पार्टी (SBSP) के उनके दो विधायक आगामी राज्यसभा चुनावों में SP के लिए क्रॉस-वोटिंग कर सकते हैं। राजभर ने अब्बास अंसारी और जगदीश नारायण राय को उन विधायकों के रूप में पहचाना, यह बताते हुए कि वे मूल रूप से SP खेमे से थे। इस संभावित क्रॉस-वोटिंग से सत्ताधारी BJP की आठवीं सीट सुरक्षित करने की रणनीति प्रभावित हो सकती है और SP के तीसरे सीट जीतने की संभावना बढ़ सकती है।
