The rental agreement, registered in October 2026, includes a security deposit of Rs 32 lakh and statutory charges of Rs 93,000 for stamp duty and Rs 1,000 for registration. The monthly rent will start at Rs 5 lakh in the first year and progressively increase to Rs 6.80 lakh by the fifth year, with an approximate 8% annual escalation.
