JNU Students Continue Hunger Strike For 12th Day Over Rustication Demands

Jawaharlal Nehru University students have entered the 12th day of an indefinite hunger strike, initiated on October 3, with 13 demands. जवाहरलाल नेहरू यूनिवर्सिटी के छात्र 13 मांगों को लेकर 3 अक्टूबर से शुरू हुई अनिश्चितकालीन भूख हड़ताल के 12वें दिन में प्रवेश कर गए हैं। इन मांगों में चीफ प्रॉक्टर ऑफिस मैनुअल को वापस लेना, जेएनयूएसयू के पदाधिकारियों का निष्कासन रद्द करना और जीएससीएश (GSCASH) और जेएनयूईई (JNUEE) को बहाल करना शामिल है। 12 अक्टूबर को प्रशासन के साथ हुई बातचीत में सीमित प्रगति हुई, जिसमें प्रशासन ने सीपीओ मैनुअल की समीक्षा करने पर सहमति जताई लेकिन निष्कासन या जीएससीएश पर कोई ठोस प्रतिबद्धता नहीं जताई। छात्र प्रशासन की प्रतिक्रिया को अपर्याप्त मानते हुए अपनी हड़ताल जारी रखे हुए हैं।
