India Summons Russian Envoy Over Seafarer Deaths

India has summoned a Russian diplomat following the deaths of four Indian seafarers in an attack on a merchant vessel off the Ukraine coast. The attack, which killed ten seafarers in total, was condemned by India. The country reiterated its call for an end to the targeting of commercial shipping during conflicts.
