Madras HC Seeks Probe Into CJP Leader Saurav Das' Citizenship

The Madras High Court has issued a notice to Cockroach Janta Party leader Saurav Das and the Union government regarding a petition demanding an investigation into his citizenship and background. The petitioner also seeks to block Das' social media accounts for alleged derogatory remarks about the judiciary. If found to be a foreign citizen, the plea requests cancellation of his passport and Aadhaar card. The court will hear the matter further after six weeks, with the petition also seeking an investigation into his parents' personal details.
