Bihar Executive Engineer's In-Laws' Home Raided, Rs 51.5 Lakh Cash Seized

EOU conducted a raid at the in-laws' residence of an Executive Engineer posted in the Planning and Development Department. The operation, lasting approximately seven hours, resulted in the recovery of ₹51.50 lakh in cash and several lakhs worth of gold and silver jewelry. The action was initiated based on a complaint alleging the engineer amassed assets disproportionate to his known income. The EOU team searched the apartment in the Radhika Apartment in Muzaffarpur's Nayatola area.

योजना एवं विकास विभाग में तैनात एक एग्जीक्यूटिव इंजीनियर के ससुराल में EOU ने छापा मारा। करीब सात घंटे तक चले इस ऑपरेशन में ₹51.50 लाख नकद और लाखों रुपये के सोने-चांदी के जेवर बरामद हुए। यह कार्रवाई इंजीनियर पर आय से अधिक संपत्ति जमा करने की शिकायत के आधार पर शुरू की गई थी। EOU की टीम ने मुजफ्फरपुर के नयाटोला इलाके में राधिका अपार्टमेंट में स्थित फ्लैट की तलाशी ली।
