Trivandrum Chamber Urges Airport To Review High Parking Fees

TCCI has formally requested the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport management to re-evaluate its parking charges. TCCI alleges that the current tariffs are significantly higher compared to those at Cochin International Airport Ltd (Cial). For instance, private four-wheelers face Rs 300 for two hours at Thiruvananthapuram versus Rs 100 at Cial. The chamber also highlighted discrepancies for commercial vehicles and raised concerns about unfair charges for vehicles merely dropping off passengers.
