Patiala Food Safety Team Suspends Bakery Licence, Issues Notices

Patiala's food safety team has taken action against food establishments across the district. Puri Bakery in Nabha had its licence suspended due to unhygienic conditions. Additionally, two other food businesses in Nabha received challans for similar violations, and two operators were issued improvement notices for failing to meet food safety standards. The team also collected 11 samples of khoya, paneer, and silver leaf for laboratory testing. These inspections and enforcement actions are part of an ongoing drive to ensure food safety compliance within the district.

पटियाला की फूड सेफ्टी टीम ने जिले भर में खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की है। अस्वास्थ्यकर परिस्थितियों के कारण नाभा की पुरी बेकरी का लाइसेंस निलंबित कर दिया गया था। इसके अतिरिक्त, नाभा में दो अन्य खाद्य व्यवसायों को समान उल्लंघनों के लिए चालान जारी किए गए, और खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों को पूरा करने में विफल रहने पर दो संचालकों को सुधार नोटिस जारी किए गए। टीम ने प्रयोगशाला परीक्षण के लिए खोया, पनीर और वर्क के 11 नमूने भी एकत्र किए। ये निरीक्षण और प्रवर्तन कार्रवाइयां जिले के भीतर खाद्य सुरक्षा अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक चल रहे अभियान का हिस्सा हैं।
